Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above in the "Issued To" section, or to the University Lecturer's designated institutional account at Shanghai International University of Technology, Finance Office, Building A, Ground Floor.
All payments are to be processed in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB). For international remittances, the SWIFT code of the receiving bank is BKCHCNBJ310. Please reference the Invoice number INV-SH-2025-04782 in the payment remittance to ensure proper reconciliation by the Shanghai Municipal Education Bureau's accounts payable department.
Late payments exceeding the due date shall incur a penalty interest of 0.05% per calendar day on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the service agreement between the University Lecturer and the Shanghai Municipal Education Bureau, dated 1 January 2025.
Notes & Compliance Statement
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the regulations of the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China and the financial reporting standards applicable to higher education institutions in the Shanghai municipality. The University Lecturer named herein confirms that all services rendered during the billing period were performed in full compliance with the academic standards, intellectual property guidelines, and ethical codes of conduct established by Shanghai International University of Technology and the Shanghai Municipal Education Bureau.
The services described in this Invoice were delivered exclusively within the jurisdiction of Shanghai, China, and are subject to the applicable local and national tax regulations of the People's Republic of China. The University Lecturer warrants that no portion of the fees invoiced herein has been or will be invoiced to any other entity for the same services, thereby preventing duplicate billing.
This document constitutes the official Invoice for the services rendered and is valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice shall be considered expired and a new Invoice must be generated if payment has not been received.
