Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is valid for payment within 15 calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Iranian commercial law.
- All services listed herein were performed by the University Lecturer in full compliance with the academic calendar of the University of Tehran, Iran Tehran, and in accordance with the terms of the annual employment contract (Contract No. UT-AC-2024-112).
- The University Lecturer confirms that all lecture materials, examination papers, and academic records have been submitted to the Department of Computer Science prior to the issuance of this Invoice.
- VAT is calculated at the standard rate of 9% as mandated by the Iranian National Tax Administration. The Social Security deduction is processed in accordance with the Social Security Organization (SSO) of Iran.
- This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for all academic services rendered during the Farvardin 1403 period. No additional claims shall be entertained for this billing cycle.
- Payment must be made via bank transfer only. Cash payments are not accepted for University Lecturer compensation exceeding 50,000,000 IRR per Iranian financial regulations.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice shall be resolved through the University of Tehran Internal Arbitration Committee, Tehran, Iran, within 30 days of receipt.
- This document is issued in one (1) original copy. The University Lecturer shall retain a digital copy for personal tax filing with the Iranian Tax Authority.
