Invoice Notes & Terms of Payment
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the employment and compensation regulations of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research. The University Lecturer services described herein were rendered at the University of Baghdad campus located in Iraq Baghdad during the 2024/2025 academic year.
- Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date (15 June 2025). Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in Iraqi commercial law.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the University Lecturer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates.
- All services listed in this Invoice have been completed and verified by the Head of Department, College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, Iraq Baghdad.
- The withholding tax deduction of 5% is applied in compliance with the Iraqi Income Tax Law (No. 113 of 1997, as amended). The University Lecturer shall declare this income in their annual tax return filed with the Iraqi General Commission of Zaka and Income Tax.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the administrative channels of the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, Baghdad, Iraq, prior to any legal proceedings.
