1. This Invoice is issued by Prof. Dr. Miriam Ben-Eliezer in her capacity as a University Lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the academic calendar and institutional policies of the university in Jerusalem, Israel.
2. The rates specified in this Invoice reflect the standard compensation structure for a University Lecturer at the senior academic rank, as established by the Faculty of Humanities, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Any future adjustments to the University Lecturer's compensation shall be governed by a separate written agreement.
3. All services were rendered at the Givat Ram Campus, Jerusalem, Israel, unless otherwise noted. Travel expenses for off-campus engagements within the Israel Jerusalem metropolitan area are included in the hourly rates and are not billed separately.
4. This Invoice is subject to the 18% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Israeli Tax Authority (Mis-Hashvar). The University Lecturer is registered as a VAT-liable entity under the Israeli tax code.
5. The University Lecturer warrants that all academic work described in this Invoice was performed with due diligence, originality, and in full compliance with the academic integrity policies of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
7. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of services rendered by the University Lecturer for the academic period September 2024 through June 2025. No additional charges shall be applied retroactively.
