1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic engagement contract (Contract No. TAU-ENG-2025-1147) between Dr. Miriam Ben-Eliezer, acting as a University Lecturer, and Tel Aviv University, located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
2. All services described herein were rendered at the Tel Aviv University campus in Tel Aviv, Israel, during the Spring 2025 academic semester (January 2025 through May 2025).
3. The University Lecturer confirms that all academic materials, lecture notes, and examination papers prepared under this engagement remain the intellectual property of Tel Aviv University, in compliance with Israeli copyright law and university policy.
4. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Interest and Taxation Law (חוק הריבית והריבית המוטבת).
5. This Invoice is subject to the 18% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Israeli Tax Authority (רשות המסים של ישראל). The University Lecturer holds a valid VAT registration number as stated above.
