Payment Terms & Conditions

  • This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the University Lecturer as listed in the service agreement.
  • All amounts are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are subject to the standard 10% Japanese Consumption Tax as applicable to professional services rendered in Japan Osaka.
  • Late payments exceeding the due date will incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the terms of the University Lecturer service contract (Ref: OMAC-UL-2025-019).
  • Any disputes regarding the scope of services or the amounts listed on this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The University Lecturer and the Osaka Metropolitan Academic Consortium agree to resolve all disputes through mutual consultation before any formal arbitration proceedings are initiated.
  • This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the University Lecturer services rendered during the period of 1 April 2025 through 31 May 2025 at the Japan Osaka campus facilities. No additional fees or charges shall apply beyond those itemized above.
  • The University Lecturer confirms that all academic materials, lecture notes, and curriculum documents produced as part of this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Osaka Metropolitan Academic Consortium, as stipulated in the original engagement letter.
