Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional academic services rendered by the University Lecturer, Dr. Ahmad Al-Rashidi, in his capacity as a contracted academic professional in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the terms set forth in Academic Service Agreement ASA-2025-118, which is incorporated herein by reference.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until full settlement is received.
- The University Lecturer reserves all intellectual property rights over lecture materials, research outputs, and academic content created during the engagement period, unless otherwise stipulated in the governing agreement.
- This Invoice is subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Should any portion of the services described herein be disputed, the University Lecturer requests that written notice be provided within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this Invoice. Undisputed portions remain payable in full by the stated due date.
