Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice represents the final settlement for all University Lecturer services rendered during the period of March 2025 through June 2025 in Myanmar Yangon. No further charges shall be applicable for the services listed herein.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per the terms of the professional services agreement.
3. All academic materials, examination papers, and curriculum documents prepared under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client institution, Myanmar Yangon International Business School, upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
4. The University Lecturer reserves the right to publish anonymized research findings derived from the thesis supervision services, subject to prior written approval from the client institution.
5. This Invoice is subject to the tax regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The VAT amount stated is in accordance with the Inland Revenue Department guidelines effective for the 2025 fiscal year in Myanmar Yangon.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the Yangon District Court in Myanmar Yangon.
