1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 28th May 2025 between the University of Lagos (represented by the undersigned University Lecturer) and the Lagos State Development and Planning Commission.
2. All services described in this Invoice were rendered by a qualified University Lecturer holding a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Lagos, with over twenty-two (22) years of academic and professional experience in Nigeria Lagos.
3. The University Lecturer confirms that all intellectual property rights associated with the research report and training manual described in items 2 and 5 shall be jointly owned by the University of Lagos and the commissioning body, as per the terms of the engagement.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any queries regarding this Invoice should be directed to the Finance Office, University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.
5. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as administered by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
6. The University Lecturer reserves the right to withhold final delivery of any deliverable until full and verified payment has been received in the designated account.
