Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic service agreement (Contract No. QNU-ENG-2025-0231) between the University Lecturer, Dr. Ahmed Al-Mansoori, and Qatar National University, located in Qatar Doha. All services described herein were rendered during the period of January 2025 through May 2025.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payments should be remitted via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Qatar commercial law.
3. The University Lecturer confirms that all academic deliverables, including lecture materials, assessment instruments, and thesis supervision records, have been submitted to the Department of Engineering Sciences in Qatar Doha in accordance with institutional quality standards.
4. This Invoice is subject to the Qatar Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations as administered by the Qatar Tax Authority. The 5% VAT applied is the standard rate applicable to professional and academic services in Qatar Doha as of the 2025 fiscal year.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying University Lecturer engagement shall be resolved through the institutional grievance mechanism of Qatar National University, with final arbitration conducted in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Civil and Commercial Code.
6. The University Lecturer reserves all intellectual property rights over original course materials, research outputs, and pedagogical frameworks developed during this engagement, unless otherwise specified in the master service agreement. The institution in Qatar Doha is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these materials for internal academic purposes.
