Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Chapter 39 (Paid Services).
- All services described herein were rendered by the University Lecturer in the city of Moscow, Russia, and are subject to the academic calendar and regulations of the Moscow Institute of Technology and Business.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per day as stipulated by Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- The University Lecturer confirms that all professional services were performed in full compliance with the employment and academic standards applicable in Russia Moscow, including adherence to the Federal Law No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation."
