Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the University Lecturer Service Agreement (Contract No. SPB-AC-2025-0112) between Dr. Alexander V. Petrov and the State University of Saint Petersburg. Payment of the full net payable amount of 399,110.00 Russian Rubles is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank for Zonal Development and International Trade (BZDIT), Branch: Saint Petersburg, Account No. 40702810000000012345, BIC: BZDITSP, Correspondent Account: 30101810400000000225. The University Lecturer shall provide a receipt upon confirmation of payment.
In the event of late payment, a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day of delay shall be applied in accordance with Article 317 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Additional Notes and Declarations
1. This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the University Lecturer during the specified service period at the Saint Petersburg campus. No additional charges shall apply unless a written amendment to the University Lecturer contract is executed by both parties.
2. All teaching materials, lecture notes, and examination papers prepared as part of this engagement remain the intellectual property of the State University of Saint Petersburg, as stipulated in the University Lecturer employment terms applicable in Russia Saint Petersburg.
3. The University Lecturer confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the academic standards and regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
4. This Invoice is issued in duplicate. The original is to be retained by the University Lecturer for personal tax records, and the copy is to be filed with the University's financial department in Saint Petersburg.
5. For any disputes or clarifications regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through the internal arbitration panel of the State University of Saint Petersburg before resorting to the courts of Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
