Due Date: Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Saudi Arabian commercial regulations.
Scope: This Invoice covers all University Lecturer services rendered during the Spring 2025 academic term at the Riyadh campus, Saudi Arabia. Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the Dean's office.
VAT Compliance: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations of Saudi Arabia. The 15% Value Added Tax is applied as mandated by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's tax authority for all taxable services provided within Riyadh and the broader Saudi Arabia region.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for University Lecturer academic services delivered at Al-Nur Private University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All services have been completed and verified by the Department of Business Administration.
2. The University Lecturer reserves the right to suspend further academic engagements if payment is not received by the stated due date. All rates quoted in this Invoice are exclusive of any additional travel or accommodation costs not explicitly listed above.
3. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters related to this Invoice and the associated University Lecturer engagement.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of rates and applicable tax adjustments as per Saudi Arabia's regulatory framework.
5. All intellectual property, course materials, and academic content developed by the University Lecturer during this engagement remain the property of the University Lecturer unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
