Payment Due: Full payment of SGD 14,715.00 is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 15 July 2025.
Late Payment: A late payment surcharge of 5% per annum shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with the Payment Terms for Business Act (PTBA) of Singapore Singapore.

This Invoice is issued by Dr. Wei Ling Tan in her capacity as a University Lecturer engaged on a contractual basis to deliver academic and professional training services. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore and are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9% as administered by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
The University Lecturer services described herein include preparation of teaching materials, delivery of lectures and workshops, assessment of participant performance, and provision of post-engagement reports. All intellectual property created specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to Meridian Corporate Training Pte. Ltd. upon full settlement of this Invoice.
This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document for the purposes of GST input tax credit claims by the recipient. Should any discrepancy be identified, the client is requested to notify the University Lecturer within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Failure to dispute within this period shall be deemed as acceptance of the Invoice in its entirety.
All services were conducted in compliance with the academic standards and professional conduct guidelines of the National University of Singapore Singapore and the relevant regulatory frameworks governing professional training providers in Singapore Singapore.
