Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, in accordance with the contractual agreement between the University Lecturer and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Notes & Terms of Service
- This Invoice is issued by Dr. Elena María Castellanos Vidal in her capacity as a freelance University Lecturer providing academic services to institutions in Spain Barcelona. All services were rendered in compliance with the terms of Contract No. UAB-EXT-2024-1187.
- The University Lecturer confirms that all instructional materials, lecture notes, and assessment instruments developed under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the University Lecturer unless otherwise stipulated in the master agreement.
- Services were delivered at the designated campus facilities in Barcelona, Spain, and all travel, accommodation, and material costs are included in the rates specified above. No additional charges apply.
- This Invoice is subject to the general terms and conditions of the Spanish Higher Education Act (Ley Orgánica 2/2023) and the applicable regulations of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona governing external academic staff.
- The University Lecturer warrants that all services described herein were performed with professional diligence, academic rigour, and in full adherence to the ethical standards expected of academic personnel in Spain Barcelona.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with the jurisdictional clause of the governing contract.
- This document constitutes the final and complete Invoice for the academic year 2024–2025. No further charges will be issued for services rendered during this period unless a supplementary agreement is executed in writing.
