Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is issued by Dr. Elena María Castellanos Ruiz, acting in her capacity as a University Lecturer providing academic and research services to the Universitat de València, located in Spain Valencia. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the academic calendar and institutional regulations of the university.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, as stipulated in the professional services contract (Contract Ref. UV-CON-2024-0891) signed between the University Lecturer and the Faculty of Economics and Business.
- The IRPF withholding of 15% has been applied in compliance with Article 95 of the Ley 35/2006 del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas. The University Lecturer is responsible for declaring this income in their annual tax return (Modelo 100) filed with the Agencia Tributaria in Valencia, Spain.
- IVA (VAT) is not applicable to this Invoice as the services rendered qualify as exempt educational services under Article 20.1.1 of the Ley 37/1992 del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido, as the University Lecturer is providing instruction within an accredited public university in Spain Valencia.
