The University Lecturer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is overdue beyond 30 days.

- This Invoice is issued by a registered University Lecturer operating under the professional guidelines of the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka, Colombo.
- All services rendered are subject to the academic integrity policies of the University of Colombo and applicable Sri Lankan higher education regulations.
- The University Lecturer warrants that all intellectual property created during the curriculum development engagement (Item 2) shall be jointly owned by both parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality: All research data, unpublished theses, and internal documents shared during the engagement in Sri Lanka Colombo shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the University Lecturer reserves the right to revise rates based on prevailing market conditions in Colombo.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation under the Sri Lankan Arbitration Act, with the venue set in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
- The University Lecturer is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the services described in this Invoice.
