Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025, making the final due date 15 July 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the University Lecturer's designated account at the National Bank of Sudan, Khartoum Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3367-9912, in Sudanese Pounds (SDG).
- Late payments exceeding the due date shall incur a penalty of 2% per month, in accordance with the financial regulations of the Republic of the Sudan as applicable in Sudan Khartoum.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and are subject to the prevailing exchange rates set by the Central Bank of Sudan at the time of settlement.
- The University Lecturer reserves the right to suspend ongoing academic services if payment is not received within the stipulated period.
Additional Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic employment and consultancy agreements between the University Lecturer and the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, Republic of the Sudan. All services described herein were delivered in person at the University of Khartoum campus and affiliated academic facilities located in Sudan Khartoum.
The University Lecturer confirms that all academic activities, including lecture delivery, thesis supervision, curriculum development, and workshop facilitation, were conducted in full compliance with the academic standards and regulatory frameworks established by the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA) of Sudan.
