- Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be communicated in writing to the University Lecturer within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The University Lecturer reserves the right to suspend further academic services until outstanding balances are settled.
- Governing Law: This Invoice and the underlying engagement are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
