Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 15 December 2024 between the University Lecturer and the Thailand Bangkok International Research Consortium.
2. All services rendered by the University Lecturer were performed at the designated locations within Bangkok, Thailand, unless otherwise specified in the line-item descriptions above.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law.
4. The University Lecturer reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice should any correction to hours, rates, or service descriptions be identified within thirty (30) days of the original Invoice date.
5. This Invoice is subject to the Thai Revenue Department regulations. A VAT-registered receipt will be provided upon full settlement of the Grand Total Due.
6. All intellectual property developed during the scope of this engagement shall be governed by the separate Intellectual Property Addendum attached to the master Service Agreement.
7. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the Thai Arbitration Act B.E. 2545 (2002).
