- This invoice is issued in accordance with the University Lecturer Service Agreement (Contract No. İTÜ-2025-EXT-0089) signed on 10 January 2025 between Dr. Elif Kaya and Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Istanbul, Turkey.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (EFT/Havale) to the account of the University Lecturer within 30 calendar days from the issue date. Bank: Ziraat Bankası A.Ş., Istanbul Branch. IBAN: TR12 0001 0000 1234 5678 9012 34. Account Holder: Dr. Elif Kaya.
- All amounts are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY). The 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) is applied as mandated by the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) for academic and professional services rendered within the Republic of Turkey.
- The 20% withholding tax (stopaj) has been deducted at source in compliance with Article 94 of the Turkish Income Tax Law (Gelir Vergisi Kanunu) and will be remitted to the Istanbul Tax Office (İstanbul Vergi Dairesi) by the university on behalf of the lecturer.
- This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document (fatura) under Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Law No. 6102) and the General Communiqué No. 509 on invoicing procedures.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying University Lecturer engagement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Arbitration Centers, in accordance with the governing law of the Republic of Turkey.
