Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations of the United Arab Emirates and complies with the UAE VAT Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017).
2. The University Lecturer named herein is a full-time academic staff member of Abu Dhabi University of Applied Sciences, holding a valid UAE work permit and Emirates ID. All services rendered are within the scope of the employment contract dated 01 January 2025.
3. All academic activities described in this Invoice were conducted at the Abu Dhabi campus located in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in compliance with the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAAB) standards.
4. The withholding tax deduction is applied as per the UAE Corporate Tax Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022) and applicable Ministry of Finance directives. The University Lecturer shall file the relevant tax return with the FTA within the prescribed period.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for all academic services rendered during the Spring 2025 term. No additional claims shall be entertained beyond the scope outlined above.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding this Invoice, the matter shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts in accordance with the UAE Civil Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985).
7. This document is valid only when bearing the official stamp and signature of the University Lecturer and the authorized signatory of the institution.
