Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional academic services rendered by the undersigned University Lecturer to the University of Birmingham, located in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- All intellectual property created specifically for the University during the engagement period shall be governed by the terms set forth in the Service Agreement. Pre-existing materials remain the property of the University Lecturer.
- The University Lecturer confirms that all services were performed in full compliance with the University of Birmingham's academic integrity policies, data protection regulations (UK GDPR), and the Higher Education and Research Act 2017.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Birmingham, United Kingdom, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996, before recourse to the courts of England and Wales.
- This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the University Lecturer reserves the right to reissue with updated terms.
- By accepting this Invoice, the University acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed above and confirms satisfaction with the quality and scope of the University Lecturer's professional services.
