Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date (15 June 2025). Payment is to be made via BACS bank transfer to the account details specified above. Please quote Invoice number INV-2025-MAN-0472 and Client Reference NWREB-2025-0891 on all correspondence and remittances.
- VAT Status: The services described in this Invoice are supplied by a University Lecturer in the course of higher education provision. In accordance with Section 26 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994, these services are exempt from VAT as they constitute higher education supplied by a qualifying body in the United Kingdom. No VAT is therefore charged on this Invoice.
- Scope of Services: All services rendered by the University Lecturer are in strict accordance with the terms of the professional services agreement and the academic calendar of the University of Manchester, Manchester, United Kingdom.
