Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic employment contract between Tashkent State University of Economics and the University Lecturer named above. Payment of the full amount stated in this Invoice shall be made no later than the Due Date indicated above. Payment must be remitted via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments beyond 15 days from the Due Date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per calendar day as stipulated under the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The University Lecturer is required to submit all supporting documentation, including attendance registers, examination records, and publication certificates, to the Finance Department within 5 business days of the Invoice date. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Any disputes regarding the services rendered or the amounts charged shall be resolved through the internal academic grievance procedure of the university located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

1. This Invoice confirms that all academic services listed above were performed by the University Lecturer at the Tashkent State University of Economics campus in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, during the specified service period. The University Lecturer certifies that all contact hours, examinations, and research activities were completed in full compliance with the university's academic regulations and the Republic of Uzbekistan's Higher Education Law.
2. The University Lecturer acknowledges that the compensation described in this Invoice is subject to the standard personal income tax withholding as mandated by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The net amount payable reflects all statutory deductions applicable to academic staff in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
3. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of future employment or continuation of the University Lecturer's academic appointment. All terms of engagement are governed exclusively by Contract Reference TSUE/AC/2024/112 and the applicable labour legislation of Uzbekistan.
4. The University Lecturer agrees that all intellectual property, course materials, and research outputs produced during the service period remain the property of Tashkent State University of Economics, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
5. This Invoice is the final settlement for the academic services rendered during the period of 1 January 2025 to 31 May 2025. No further claims or adjustments shall be made for this period unless a formal amendment to this Invoice is issued and signed by both parties.
