Important Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the University Lecturer Service Agreement signed on 28 March 2025 between the parties, governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
2. All services rendered by the University Lecturer were conducted at the Ho Chi Minh City International Business School premises or at approved academic venues within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
3. The University Lecturer confirms that all academic materials, lecture notes, and research outputs delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client institution, unless otherwise stipulated in the original contract.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Any disputes regarding the University Lecturer services described herein shall be resolved through the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court in accordance with Vietnamese civil procedure law.
5. The University Lecturer warrants that all professional services were performed with due diligence, academic integrity, and in full compliance with the Ministry of Education and Training regulations of Vietnam.
6. A duplicate of this Invoice may be requested by the client for internal accounting purposes. The original stamped Invoice must be retained for tax reporting in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
