Invoice Terms & Conditions – University Lecturer Engagement, Zimbabwe Harare
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic services contract (Ref: HBTI-LEC-2025-019) between the University Lecturer and Harare Business & Technology Institute, both operating within Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Zimbabwean commercial law.
- All services rendered by the University Lecturer are subject to the academic standards and quality assurance frameworks established by the Zimbabwe National Council for Higher Education (ZINCHE) and the Zimbabwe Qualifications Authority (ZQA).
- The University Lecturer reserves the right to suspend services if payment on this Invoice is not received by the stated due date. A written notice will be issued to the billing institution in Zimbabwe Harare prior to any suspension.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the University Lecturer may reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting current Zimbabwe Harare market conditions.
- All intellectual property, course materials, and research outputs produced by the University Lecturer during the engagement remain the sole property of the University Lecturer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Zimbabwe Harare in accordance with the Mediation Act [Chapter 7:11] of the Laws of Zimbabwe.
- The University Lecturer confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Zimbabwean Higher Education Act and institutional policies of the host institution in Zimbabwe Harare.
