3. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) electronic invoicing system (Sistema de Facturación Electrónica). The corresponding electronic invoice (Factura Electrónica) has been registered under CUIT 30-71234567-8.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, with jurisdiction in the courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina Córdoba.
