Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the commercial agreement between PixelCraft Design Studio and Meridian Digital Solutions Pty Ltd.
Currency: All amounts are quoted and payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). This Invoice is subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) as administered by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
Late Payment: Interest on overdue amounts will be charged at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full.
Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice has been issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered design consultancy operating in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. All UX UI design services described herein were delivered by James Thornton, Lead UX UI Designer, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 1 March 2025 and the Master Services Agreement between both parties.
All intellectual property rights associated with the UX UI design deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design system components, prototypes, and usability testing documentation, shall transfer to Meridian Digital Solutions Pty Ltd upon receipt of full and final payment of this Invoice.
PixelCraft Design Studio warrants that all UX UI design work has been performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards practised by UX UI designers in Australia Brisbane and the broader Australian design community. All design assets have been created as original works and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of the Master Services Agreement, with jurisdiction in the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.
