Invoice Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered UX UI Designer firm operating in Bangladesh Dhaka, in accordance with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations of Bangladesh.
- All design deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written consent.
- The UX UI Designer services rendered under this Invoice were performed between 10 March 2025 and 10 June 2025 at the client's office in Bangladesh Dhaka and remotely.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh commercial law.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the charges may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
