Payment Instructions — Invoice Settlement
Method: Bank Transfer (SEPA) to the IBAN listed above.
Reference: Please include Invoice Number BB-UX-2025-0047 in the payment reference field.
Due Date: This Invoice is payable within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. The final payment deadline is 15 July 2025.
Late Payment: In accordance with Belgian commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L. 311-36), a late payment interest of 10% per annum will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. Additionally, a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs may be charged as permitted under Belgian regulations.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice or the UX UI design services rendered should be directed to the undersigned UX UI Designer in Belgium Brussels within 14 days of receipt.
Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by an independent UX UI Designer operating from Belgium Brussels in compliance with all applicable Belgian tax and commercial regulations. All UX UI design deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client as per the signed Statement of Work dated 28 March 2025.
All intellectual property rights associated with the final UX UI design deliverables transfer to NovaTech Solutions SRL upon full settlement of this Invoice. Source files (Figma, Sketch) will be delivered via secure cloud link within 5 business days of confirmed payment.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the UX UI design engagement described herein. No additional charges will be incurred unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties. The UX UI Designer reserves the right to display anonymized project work in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to client approval.
Governing Law: This Invoice and all associated services are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
