Important: This Invoice for UX UI Designer services is issued in accordance with Brazilian tax regulations. The client is requested to retain a copy of this Invoice for their accounting records. Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date. Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice represents the final billing for all UX UI Designer services rendered by Mariana Costa Design Studio to TechNova Solutions Ltda. for the project period of May 2025 through June 2025, all conducted in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
2. All intellectual property rights associated with the UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to design files, prototypes, wireframes, and design system components, shall transfer to the client upon full and verified payment of this Invoice.
3. The UX UI Designer reserves the right to use anonymized project case studies for portfolio purposes, with prior written consent from the client, in accordance with Brazilian data protection law (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Lei 13.709/2018).
4. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and a supplementary Invoice, issued in accordance with the same terms and conditions.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
6. The client acknowledges that the UX UI Designer has fulfilled all obligations under the service agreement, and this Invoice constitutes full and final settlement for the described professional services.
