Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement between Chen Design Studio (UX UI Designer) and Pacific Northwest Digital Inc., both operating within the Province of British Columbia, Canada Vancouver metropolitan area.
- Payment Due: Full payment of $24,378.90 CAD is due within 30 calendar days of the Invoice date (by July 12, 2025).
- Payment Method: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the account below, or certified cheque mailed to the Vancouver office address listed above.
- Bank: Royal Bank of Canada — Vancouver Downtown Branch

- Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance past the due date, in compliance with the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

Additional Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered during the engagement period of May 5, 2025, through June 12, 2025, in Canada Vancouver. All deliverables, including but not limited to user research reports, wireframe files, high-fidelity UI mockups, the Figma design system library, usability testing recordings, and developer handoff documentation, have been transferred to the client via the shared project workspace as of the Invoice date.
All intellectual property rights to the final UX UI design deliverables transfer to Pacific Northwest Digital Inc. upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to a 30-day embargo period following public launch of the product.
This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, BC, before proceeding to litigation in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
