Payment Terms & Instructions
Payment Due: Within 30 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice (by July 15, 2025).
Payment Method: Bank transfer (wire transfer) to the account specified above. All payments must be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB).
Reference: Please include Invoice No. SH-UX-2025-00472 in the payment reference field.
Late Payment: A late fee of 0.05% per calendar day (approximately 18.25% annualized) shall apply to overdue balances, in accordance with the contract terms and applicable regulations of the People's Republic of China.
Currency: This Invoice is issued and payable exclusively in CNY. No foreign currency settlements are accepted for domestic services rendered in China Shanghai.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered between May 1, 2025, and June 10, 2025, for the project referenced above. All design deliverables, source files, and intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
The UX UI Designer services were performed in full compliance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law, and the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). All user research data collected during this engagement has been stored on servers located within China Shanghai and will be retained for a period of three (3) years as required by applicable data retention regulations.
Should the client require additional UX UI Designer revisions beyond the scope defined in the original Statement of Work, a supplementary Invoice will be issued at the standard hourly rate of ¥1,200 per hour. All such additional work must be approved in writing by both parties prior to commencement.
This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the client is requested to contact our billing department in Shanghai to confirm the outstanding balance and arrange payment.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
2. The UX UI Designer services described herein are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated April 15, 2025, between Shanghai PixelCraft Design Studio and Shanghai Horizon Digital Technologies Co., Ltd.
3. All work products, including but not limited to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design system components, remain the property of Shanghai PixelCraft Design Studio until full payment is received. Upon payment, all rights are irrevocably assigned to the client.
4. This Invoice constitutes a formal tax document (fapiao equivalent) for accounting and tax reporting purposes in China Shanghai. The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the tax identification numbers provided.
5. No part of this Invoice or the associated services may be sub-contracted or transferred without prior written consent from both parties.
