Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-CB-0047 in the transfer memo. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will apply after the due date in accordance with Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio, Art. 879).
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer services rendered between May 1, 2025, and June 14, 2025, as outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed on April 20, 2025.
2. All design deliverables are the exclusive intellectual property of Tecnología Andina S.A.S. upon full payment of this Invoice. Source files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) will be transferred via secure cloud link within 5 business days of confirmed payment.
3. The UX UI Designer reserves the right to use anonymized case study excerpts for portfolio purposes, subject to a 30-day prior written notice to the client.
4. Any additional scope beyond the 24 web screens and 38 mobile screens listed above will be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate of COP 350,000 per hour, subject to a written change order.
5. This Invoice is governed by the commercial laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Colombia Bogotá, D.C., or by arbitration before the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, at the option of the aggrieved party.
6. The IVA (19%) applied on this Invoice is in compliance with the Colombian tax regulations established by the Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI). A formal factura electrónica will be issued through the DIAN platform upon payment confirmation.
