Payment Instructions & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial agreement between PixelCraft Studio (UX UI Designer agency) and Andina Tech Solutions S.A.S., both legally registered in Colombia Medellín, Antioquia. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date stated above.
- Bank Transfer: Banco de Bogotá – Cta. Corriente No. 016-456789-01 – NIT 901.234.567-8 – PixelCraft Studio S.A.S.
- Reference: Please include Invoice No. PC-2025-0047 in the transfer reference field.
- Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) will be applied to overdue balances, in compliance with Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio, Art. 879).
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued under the Colombian electronic invoicing regime (DIAN Resolution 000422 of 2023). The IVA (19%) is included as per Colombian tax regulations for services rendered in Colombia Medellín.
All design deliverables, source files, and intellectual property created by the UX UI Designer team under this contract will transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, all rights remain with PixelCraft Studio.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers Phase 2 (Design & Prototyping) of the E-Commerce Platform Redesign project. Phase 3 (Development Support & Post-Launch Optimization) will be invoiced separately upon commencement. The UX UI Designer team in Colombia Medellín remains available for a complimentary 30-day post-delivery support window for any design-related queries arising from the work described in this document.
