Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account below. The client is located in DR Congo Kinshasa and is reminded that all transactions are subject to the banking regulations of the National Bank of the Republic of the Congo (Banque Nationale du Congo).

Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The UX UI Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing deliverables if payment is not received by the due date.
Important Notes
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered to MobileConnect Congo SARL for the mobile banking application project. All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display the completed work in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to a 60-day embargo period from project completion.
All on-site activities, including user research sessions and usability testing, were conducted within the boundaries of Kinshasa, DR Congo. Any additional travel to other provinces (e.g., Lubumbashi, Goma, or Mbuji-Mayi) will be invoiced separately at a rate of $85 per day plus actual transportation costs.
The client acknowledges that this Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the tax regulations applicable in DR Congo Kinshasa. A stamped copy of this Invoice must be presented to the client's accounting department for processing. The NIF numbers listed above have been verified for compliance with the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI).
For any disputes regarding the scope of work or the amounts listed on this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in Kinshasa before pursuing any formal arbitration under the Commercial Court of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
