Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Alexandria Digital Studio, a registered UX UI Designer firm operating in Egypt Alexandria, in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations and the Electronic Invoicing System (EIS) requirements.
All design deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of Alexandria Digital Studio until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the Grand Total, complete ownership and licensing rights transfer to the client.
The UX UI Designer services outlined herein were performed at our studio located in the Smouha District of Egypt Alexandria, and all on-site client meetings were conducted at the client's premises in El-Montazah, Alexandria.
Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Issue Date stated above. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Egyptian commercial law. This Invoice must be settled in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Alexandria Commercial Courts.
