Confidentiality: All project deliverables, design assets, and user research data associated with this UX UI Designer engagement remain the exclusive intellectual property of TechnoVision AG as stipulated in the master service agreement dated 15 April 2025. PixelCraft Studio GmbH shall not reproduce, distribute, or display any work product without prior written consent.
Data Protection: In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), all personal data collected during user research sessions conducted in Germany Berlin has been processed, stored, and will be securely deleted within 90 days of project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive court of jurisdiction is the Local Court (Amtsgericht) of Berlin-Charlottenburg, Germany Berlin.
Retention: In accordance with § 147 AO (Abgabenordnung), this Invoice and all related tax documents must be retained for a minimum of 10 years. Please retain a copy of this Invoice for your own accounting and tax filing purposes.
