Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio to Meridian Digital Solutions GmbH for the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025. All work was performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 28 April 2025.
2. All design files, source documents, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of PixelCraft Design Studio until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed in writing.
3. In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate (per § 288 BGB) shall apply from the due date of this Invoice.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with German tax regulations (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UStG). The 19% VAT rate applies as both the service provider and the client are registered businesses within Germany Frankfurt.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany Frankfurt.
