Payment Terms & Invoice Notes

- Payment Due: This invoice is payable within 14 calendar days of the invoice date (30 June 2025). Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-0487 in your payment.
- Early Payment Discount: A 2% discount has been applied for payment received within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Late Payment: In accordance with § 288 HGB, a default interest of 8 percentage points above the base rate applies to overdue amounts. Additionally, a flat fee of €40.00 per reminder will be charged.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
