Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Kwame Asante Digital Studio, a registered UX UI Designer practice operating in Ghana Accra, and is payable within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date stated above.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details below, or by certified cheque payable to "Kwame Asante Digital Studio" at any branch of Ecobank Ghana, Accra.
- Late payments are subject to a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under the Ghanaian Commercial Code and the terms of the Master Service Agreement dated 01 May 2025.
- All deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. No source files, Figma libraries, or design assets shall be transferred until the outstanding balance is cleared.
- This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 599).
- The UX UI Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services and withhold further deliverables if payment is not received by the due date indicated on this Invoice.
