- All deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio.
- GST has been charged as per the applicable tax regulations in India Mumbai. A separate GST invoice copy will be provided upon request for input tax credit claims.
