Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers the complete engagement of the UX UI Designer for the TechNova Solutions product redesign project. All deliverables have been accepted by the client's product team as of 10 June 2025.
2. The services were primarily delivered from our studio located in India New Delhi, with select remote collaboration sessions conducted across multiple Indian cities. All work complies with Indian intellectual property laws and the terms of the signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 15 March 2025.
3. GST has been calculated at the standard rate of 18% as applicable to professional design services under the Indian Goods and Services Tax regime. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the provisions of the CGST Act, 2017.
4. Any additional scope of work beyond the deliverables listed in this Invoice will be billed separately with a revised Invoice. Please contact our billing department for any queries regarding this document.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax rate changes or regulatory updates in India New Delhi or elsewhere in India.
6. The UX UI Designer services described herein include all software licenses, tool subscriptions, and research participant compensation as part of the quoted rates. No additional charges will be levied for standard project deliverables.
