Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Studio, a registered UX UI Designer agency based in Indonesia Jakarta, in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed on 10 March 2025. All UX UI Designer services described in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client's project manager as of 30 May 2025.
- Payment is due within 14 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the contract.
- All UX UI Designer deliverables, including source files (Figma, Sketch), design system documentation, and research reports, have been transferred to the client via secure cloud storage.
- This Invoice is subject to Indonesian tax regulations. PPN (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) of 11% has been applied as per the current tax law in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 7 business days of receipt. PixelCraft Studio, as the UX UI Designer provider, reserves the right to withhold further services until payment is settled.
- Intellectual property rights for all UX UI Designer work products transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in Indonesia Jakarta.
