Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After the due date, the UX UI Designer services listed herein will be subject to a late payment penalty as stipulated in the master service agreement.
2. All UX UI Designer deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The design files, source documents, and component libraries will be transferred via secure cloud storage.
3. This Invoice has been prepared in compliance with the Iranian National Information Center (NIC) electronic invoicing regulations. A digital copy of this Invoice has been registered with the Iranian Tax Administration (Ershad System).
4. The UX UI Designer services were performed entirely within Iran Tehran. All applicable local labor, licensing, and tax obligations have been fulfilled by PixelCraft Design Studio.
