Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the Invoice Date (15 June 2025). The full amount of 18,247,800 IQD is due no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Tigris Digital Design Studio, Bank of Baghdad, Branch: Al-Mansour, Account No: 001-4567-8901-2345, SWIFT: BOBBIQBB.
- A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Iraqi commercial regulations.
- This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice must be reissued by the UX UI Designer.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified UX UI Designer operating legally within Iraq Baghdad, in compliance with the Iraqi Ministry of Commerce regulations for freelance digital services.

All source files, Figma libraries, and research documentation have been transferred to your team's shared workspace. I remain available for a 30-day post-delivery support window at no additional cost. Should you require further UX UI design iterations, additional screen design, or ongoing design system maintenance, please contact me directly and I will issue a supplementary Invoice with a detailed scope of work.
