Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 28 February 2025 between PixelCraft Design Studio and TechVision Solutions Ltd. Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Israeli commercial law.
All services rendered by the UX UI Designer were performed in compliance with the Israel Jerusalem municipal business regulations and the applicable provisions of the Israeli Copyright Law (5763-2003). All design deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, mockups, design system components, and interactive prototypes, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
The UX UI Designer engagement was conducted both on-site at the client's premises in Israel Jerusalem and remotely, with all work product stored on encrypted servers located within Israel. Data processing complies with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981) and all applicable EU GDPR provisions where applicable.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the complete UX UI Designer engagement for the Enterprise SaaS Platform Redesign project. All hours were logged and verified by the project manager at TechVision Solutions Ltd. in Israel Jerusalem.

No work will be commenced on any subsequent phase without a separate written agreement and corresponding Invoice.
