1. This Invoice is issued by Studio Lumen Design, a registered UX UI Designer practice operating in Milan, Italy. All design services described herein were performed by a certified UX UI Designer with over 12 years of professional experience in digital product design.
2. The UX UI Designer services outlined in this Invoice were delivered in accordance with the master service agreement (MSA) dated 20 February 2025, signed by both parties in Milan, Italy. All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables transfer to TechNova S.r.l. upon full payment of this Invoice.
3. This Invoice is subject to Italian tax regulations. The VAT rate of 22% has been applied as per the current Italian fiscal code. A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested by contacting the UX UI Designer's office in Milan, Italy.
4. All on-site meetings, workshops, and usability testing sessions referenced in this Invoice were conducted at the client's premises in Milan, Italy, or at the Studio Lumen Design office in the Brera district of Milan, Italy.
5. This Invoice constitutes a final settlement for all UX UI Design services rendered during the contract period of 1 March 2025 to 30 May 2025. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated in this Invoice.
6. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the competent court shall be the Tribunale di Milano, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil procedure law.
