Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by Elena Marchetti to Gulfstream Hospitality Group S.r.l. during the service period of May 2025 in Naples, Italy. All deliverables, including source files, design system assets, research documentation, and prototype files, have been transferred to the client via secure cloud storage as agreed upon in the Master Service Agreement dated 15 April 2025.
The UX UI Designer services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Italian Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the professional code of conduct established by the local Chamber of Commerce of Naples (Camera di Commercio di Napoli). All user research data collected during usability testing sessions has been anonymized and will be securely deleted within 90 days of project completion.
Should the client require additional UX UI design iterations, post-launch support, or ongoing design consultancy beyond the scope defined in this Invoice, a separate Statement of Work and corresponding Invoice will be issued. The UX UI Designer reserves the right to use anonymized project outcomes in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to prior written consent from the client.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Italian electronic invoicing regulations (Fatturazione Elettronica) and is valid as a tax document for the purposes of the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate). For any disputes regarding the services or charges listed herein, the competent court of Naples, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
